By making use of the Free Autoresponders.

by Jeff Shemin

Could you utilize an autoresponder which is available for free? when you get to the limit you just upgrade to the paid version and all your information is transferred. It might be that you are only beginning and wish to avoid investing in that aspect at this time. Obviously with a free autoresponder you won't get the same features as you would with a premium service subscription. If you have a choice between using something for free, or not having it at all, well then why wouldn't you use the free autoresponder?

Your first alternative is utilizing the complimentary autoresponders included with your webhosting service. The webhosting service is the location of your domain. Use the control panel for easy access to your webhosting account and arrange your autoresponder series at this point. Your own account autoresponder would not show an advertisement once you have sent out a message. Perhaps you won't have access to a free responder because you lack a webhosting account, or have one that doesn't provide autoresponding. Don't get concerned if that situation arises because you can choose other places.

Use your favorite online search engine, such as Google or Yahoo. Autoresponder providers are easily found on the internet by using these keywords in a search engine box. The services are offered free because the company can make their money from the advertising blurbs that send out with the messages. Depending on the company you use, the little ad they attach will be either on the top or bottom of the message, each an every time you send out one.

At first it may seem to you that getting small ads on your outgoing messages would not be a problem. However, if these small ads that are attached to each and every message that you want your potential client to receive have advertising blurbs that compete with what you're selling, then you might not want this. your potential clients might not appreciate the ad or think it unprofessional.

Occasionally autoresponders that charge a fee offer complimentary service with some limitations. It would be smart to look into these as well. If it's important to you, be sure to ask whether a free autoresponder will add content to your message or advertisement. The trial or free autoresponder services often will not have the same options and features that the paid version of the same service provides. In case you do not require those advanced options or are unable to afford it,then this would be a suitable choice.

Free autoresponders will normally limit the number of subscribers you can add to your account. When your first beginning its ok to go with the free services and when you reach your limit you can upgrade and your information will be transferred. This seems pretty reasonable if it's addressed as a business transaction. It lets you build your list; make a profit before you have to expend more money.

Because you alone own your business, you alone can determine your needs and your time frame. It may seem to overpower you initially in making all the desisions but take a deep breath and recollect your plans and goals. In case you do not posess a list or it is very small, then a free autoresponder must do all that you want it to do. As you add to your list, the time will come that you will want to investigate an upgrade. If you own your own business it is your choice to make things from or paid.
